Photo is courtesy of Carlo Forace, Architect from Lauropoli. Frank Rizzo is in front of the Kindergarten built with funds from Frank Costello donation on a visit there in 1927. All records have shown he never left the United States but in 1950 the US government never could prove he had left for Italy. Shown is "Professor Frank Rizzo" a confidant of Frank Costello and family friend.
